Tall Stacks Cincinnati, Ohio

Has anyone any suggestions for this weekend in Cincy - October 13-17th--I wondered if there are any packages available -- as to where to stay -- never been there for that and would like info--
so far I cannot find a hotel but feel that there are usually some available.

Hi Wilbee,
Have you looked at hotels in Northern Ky? There are many in Covington, (5 minutes from Cincy) Ft. Mitchell (10 Minutes) Erlanger (15 minutes) and Florence (20 minutes). Haven't read of any packages.
Good luck,
Esther

Try the tall stacks web site at www.tallstacks.com. They have all sorts of information from lodging to tickets. The northern KY hotels are very close. Good Luck! You'll really enjoy the party on the river.

i understand the tikcets are cheaper at kroger stores. they were $20 , i believe, instead of 25.

i would make a reservation now at chart house on the kentucky side for dinner so you can be across the river and enjoy the cincinnati skyline one night.

dinner cruises are also still available.

looks like a great deal of concerts going on.
i am missing all but one night of it, unfortunately.

there was a great section in the enquirer with all entrance gates marked, parking lots, shuttles.. etc.

there will be shuttles to take people acroiss the river to the restaurants, and also a river taxi.

all the boats and activities are on the cincinnati side.

This weekend (and Tall Stacks) is not the 13th-17th. Tall Stacks begins tomorrow (the 4th). Maybe it was a typo, but in case you are calling for reservations, I just wanted to point that out. Have fun!

Too funny. I also looked at the dates, but not the date of the posts. Wonder if they had a good time. And you gave some good info lincasanova -- maybe it will help someone else.
