Trip report -- Did 3 nights at Disney (AKL) and 4 nights on the Disney Wonder. It was a wonderful vacation. There are advantages to taking a youngster -- there weren't any rides or attractions that he HAD to do. We could just go with the flow. No waiting in line for an hour for Dumbo. DS favorite ride in the Magic Kingdom was the train around the park. Looking around, we were having a much better time than pretty much anyone.
We did lunch at Crystal Palace with Pooh (a definite highlight), breakfast at Chef Mickey's, and we got to ride in the front of the monorail. Castaway Cay was heaven.
Now, I treasure it all the more, as my father (the 73-year old) passed away unexpectedly in January. He really wanted to take my son to Disney and he did. Don't wait for someday, go now!
