Hi, I agree with JMM we loved snorkling at Anini beach. You can find it on any of the maps or booklets you pick up at the airport or any hotel lobby. As far a Molokai, depending on where your staying, there aren't many places on the island but your best bet since it is a small island is to ask some of the locals, we found them very helpful. Have fun.

Kauai snorkling:
Tunnels Beach North Shore... lots of reef fingers on/near shore, there are caverns to peer into, great variety of ocean life...lots of fish, lobsters, octopus, eels, sea cucumbers...or you can swim out approx. 50 yards to the reef further out...great variety out there too, although the water is a bit colder. NOTE: hard to find parking later in the day...go early. It's protected most of the time since the reefs extend WAYYYY out , although storms will bring in huge waves. A plus is seeing the peak people call "Bali Hai".
