There's very little information available to help you decide. What do you and your partner like to do? What draws you to on type of place over another? what's your budget? What time of year are you going?
I haven't been to Ojo Caliente so cannot give you any feedback there.
I think Sedona is beautiful. We generally like outdoor activity, but have only spent a few days in the area, in winter. Lots of walks, lots of hikes, plenty of restaurants, lots of spas.
If you give a bit more detail, other people more familiar with those places may be able to help you more.

What time of year?
Ojo Caliente is pretty rustic and out there, not much in the way other things to do in the immediate area and limited as far as restaurants are concerned. 5 days there would be a looong time. Better to stay in Santa Fe and head to Ojo for a day trip.
Sedona is lovely, nice accomodations, lots of restuarants etc

Guess it's settled, we are going to Ojo...I have looked it up and it looks like just what I need...no kids, phones, tv, cell phones, etc..I will go into hiding and have a really nice reunion with my fav. (or at least one of them) partners. Leave DH behind and give him a chance to miss me., go skiing, drinking, etc., what ever...Time together and time apart is a good thing, right?

Debit: I did appreciate your response; however, since I first posted this, my partner, who lives in New Mexico, decided for us. Next time we will go to Sedona.. I have no idea what Ojo is like but I understand it is a spa..if we don't like it, we can check out and go to Santa Fe...We (DH and I ) are staying at the Inn of the Governors on a later trip. Have stayed there before and liked it...
I didn't really have a 'plight' and appreciated your input.

Post script: we did go,to Oho Caliente, we had nice 'cottages' although a few small items, like no phones in the rooms seemed ultra primative, and it was a bit spooky in that regard, no significant locks on the doors, but the water was wonderful, although 'chilly' when we rambled from one pool to another, or as we more like 'hurried'...The restaurant was pretty good, and we went to Taos one day, out into the beautiful desert another, and the drive back to Albqu. was beautiful. I had a nice visit with my dearie, and returned to our soggy climate refreshed.
