SFO hotel for late arrival into SFO

We are arriving on 3 separate planes late eveining. We will want to stay at a hotel near SFO and then get up early and drive to Sonoma. Any suggestions?

What's your budget?

there's the usual array of "chain" hotels all around the airport - most, if not all, provide free shuttle service. For a list go here:

By the way, all are used to having people arrive/depart at all hours so late arrivals are nothing new to them.

Ditto mztery's recommendation. For a one night stay at an airport Priceline is the way I would go, all you want is a room that is convenient without having to over think the situation. According to the Priceline advice sites, a four star near SFO can be had for around $70 (minus tax).
