Need a reasonablely priced accomodation for an early morning flight which provides airport shuttle service.
Also - ate at 13 Coins some years ago - still good?

13 Coins- Oohh I love that place. I haven't been there in several years, so I also really want to hear how it has been recently.

All the hotels near the airport have shuttles. Most people seem to like the Doubletree; however you might have a go with Priceline, and bid for the top star rating offered.

Be aware that for most people, the area around SeaTac is one of the least pleasant to get a motel room in -- security at lower-quality motels is iffy, so don't skimp. Best approach is to use hotwire, priceline, AAA, or whomever to get discount on 4-star place. They do all have shuttles, but some are further from the airport than you'd think - websites can be misleading, so use a booking service with a good map of locations or just go for Hilton, Marriott, or perhaps the Doubletree nearest the airport.

The highest Priceline level in the airport zone is 3*. I've only stayed at the Doubletree among the 3* hotels in that zone, and it was fine.

Use Priceline for sure. I've not landed a place that was uncomfortably far from the airport (for walking, even) while using Priceline in that zone.

There are a handful of free-rebid zones to use in your efforts to secure a room on Priceline in the SeaTac zone.

I think I'm wrong about there being any 4* places out there, but I've stayed at 2 supposedly 3* places and they were dismal compared to the 3 1/2* places I've been to since. Don't get me started on star-rating systems....
