Silicon Valley is a pretty big area. Could you narrow it down a bit? North-near Mountain View? South - nera Morgan Hill? East - near Milpitas? West - nera Palo Alto?

If you want to be close to downtown San Jose, I have heard that the Hensley House is nice. It is in a convinient location as well - 5 or 6 blocks north of downtown.

Any of the following:
Redwood City, Atherton, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Woodside, Sunnyvale, Saratoga -

Thanks for the cowper inn - looks great and we've sent them an email. Any other ideas once again most appreciated.

We'll be there 10 days, so we want something homey and relaxed and comfortable.

-Kevin
