What are good seafood or fish restaurants in Vegas? Is Joe's the best? There must be others??

There is a McCormick and Schmicks restuarant there, that is pretty good.
This may sound silly, but the seafood buffet at the Rio is great! The Rio has 2 buffet's, so as not to be confused. They have the regular one and then one that is strictly seafood. It really is good!

In addition to the Seafood Buffet at the Rio ( where lines begin early in the day) Buzios is great also.
I always had the lobster salad which was so much more than a typical lobster salad!
