Street/meter parking in Baltimore is very hard to find. There are some lots down the street near Little Italy that are reasonable - 3-4 block walk. Most of the parking garages cost between $10-12.

Watch out for the no parking/tow away zones. Be sure to check the signs around the meters -- some are only for 1-2 hour parking only. They'll get you.

Funny, we were there yesterday, Sunday. I never have any problem parking. I go down past the Science Center and turn left on Key Highway. Go along a short way and you have two choices.

1. The restaurant, ' The Rusty Scupper' has a pay lot. It is on your left, and there is usually lots of room.
2. Directly on your right, same spot, turn right behind the Visionary Art Museum, just on the end of Federal Hill. Go up a ways, and the gold meters have ten hour limits.

Either way, it is a nice walk or water taxi ride to the Aquarium.

Yesterday was not only a beautiful day, but there was a cheerleader convention in town. There must have been thousands of young ladies in cheerleader uniforms walking around. My wife kept saying to me--"Wipe that stupid grin off your face, you are a dirty old man!" Who me?

I always park in little Italy if it's nice. Gives you and excuse to have the best gelato in the U.s. at Vaccaro's on your way back!

There is parking at the Hyatt right at the Inner Harbor. Come down 395, make a right on Conway Street right before Pratt st. You'll see the garage on the next corner on left.(Charles/Conway) There is also a walkway on like 3rd or 4th level that goes over Light street to Inner Harbor area. Parking is reasonable, we went to aquarium and hard rock one Sunday in Feb. It cost 7-8 bucks. I dont think it has changed any but It wont hurt to drive through and see. Also, if u want to spend all day - park for free and ride lightrail to downtown convention center and pay what? 1.50 a person a trip? have fun, just stay away from those big private parking lots..
