Old Lahaina Luau with an infant
We are planning to attend the Old Lahaina Luau in October, and we will have our 6-month old son with us. Someone recommended the traditional seating to give us more room with him. If we sit at a table, are we able to get a high chair, or will they charge us a child's admission? Any suggestions?

Infants not occupying a seat are not charged.

I already contacted them through email and got differing information from on their website. The email said we could get a high chair at no charge since he will be 6 months old. But the website says that it's only free if he sits in our laps.
Just seeing if anyone had personal experience to share.

I think that occupying a high chair is not the same as occupying a seat. A seat can be sold to an adult or another child and that's why a high chair is free.
Do you think you'd be comfortable sitting and eating on a mat? Is your 6 month old good for long periods of time in a high chair or your lap? Maybe the answers to those questions can help you make the best decision for your evening at the OLL.
