Oceanfront hotel w/balcony?

Hi there, I'm having an extremely tough time finding a hotel in Myrtle Beach that offers the following:

Ocean Front 1 Bedroom
With Balcony, and the bedroom closest to the balcony (not the living room near the balcony)

Does anyone know of any nice hotels that fit this description? I really appreciate it, thanks!

Does the Marriott not have balconies?

Go further down the beach to Litchfield Inn (I think it has changed its name now). Lots of oceanfront views.

I read several reviews that the Marriott has limited balconies and they can't be promised.

Thanks for the tip on Litchfield but I'd prefer to stay in Myrtle Beach because we're meeting up with friends who are staying nearby.

I did see that Ocean Reef has balconies but there has to be other options?

Thanks again!

I stayed in a Hampton Inn oceanfront in Myrtle Beach. The suite had a large bedroom with its own ocean VIEW balcony. The living room had its own ocean FRONT balcony.

you're just going to have to call the individual hotels you're considering probably.

All of the oceanfront hotels I've stayed at (here in MB or elsewhere) have the layout you are trying to avoid: balcony, then living room, then bedroom(s). With one possible exception that I could find:

http://www.dunesvillage.com/accommod...cfm?roomid=306

It's a two bedroom, but each bedroom and the living room have a balcony.

Have you thought about a condo. We've rented through CRS and VRBO and they both had lots of units with the layout you describe. Some only rent by the week but many have daily rates and some will replace linens and towels halfway through your stay.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that we decided on the "Ocean Reef Resort" in North Myrtle Beach.

The balcony is right off of the bedroom, and the kiddie splash pool looks amazing for my son.

Thanks for all of your help and advice, I really appreciate it!

Enjoy the rest of your summer
