NYC in November --2 nights

We are in our mid- 30's and spending our anniversary in NYC. We are looking for good casual+ places to eat.. Not picky on what type of food... Plan to stay near Rock. Center.

1 more thing: I read about a place that sells pizza and it is in a converted church??
Anyone know about this place
Thnks

It's called John's pizzeria. Great New YOrk style pizza. There are 2 locations I believe. The one that has been converted from a church should be fairly close to where you are staying. We enjoyed Katz's Deli down around Geenwich village.

You might want to try Angelo's located on 57th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. I love the pizza there and the pasta dishes are excellent.
John's Pizza is in the Theater District. I believe it is on 44th street between Broadway and 9th Avenue. Both are within walking distance of where you're staying.
Happy Anniversary!

We absolutely loved Maison, on 7th Avenue across the street from Lindy's Deli. They have a huge outdoors area and serve everything under the sun.
