NY Hotel with sofabed or xtra bed

Hi, All - Can anyone recommend a hotel in Manhattan that can accommodate two adults who prefer not to sleep in the same room - like a suite or sleeper sofa situation? We always stayed at the Windham on 58th with those huge suites - but it closed

Thanks! November 15-20

I understand there is a new Residence Inn in Times Square. I'm not sure if they're opened yet or what their opening date is. You could go to Marriott.com to find the info.

Have you considered the Shoreham Hotel? It's on 55th between 5th and 6th Avenues. I've stayed in the one bedroom suites, which have a separate sitting area (pull-out sofabed).

Here's the trip advisor reviews:

I stayed at the Beekman Tower Hotel (part of the Affinia group) for a few days this summer. They have a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Also a small kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. It wasn't anything fancy but it was clean and roomy (by NYC standards). No complaints about either bed and no problem getting extra pillows.
