Should they even bother to listen to us?
Well, how much do WE pay for our access here? Nothing. It's the advertisers they must cater to, and I'd bet that complaints to the advertisers would fall on deaf ears too; they know what they're contracting for when they sign up.

There ARE other travel forums you can visit ... recipe boards and chit-chat forums too. When something is free there's little room to complain about the service offered.
