Midnight Flight arrival at OGG, Cab or Car rental?
Hi, we booked our ticket to OGG in Dec. Here we come, Maui!!! So excited...
Now I have a question, our flight arrives around 10pm. We are planning on getting a rental car for our trip. Is the car rental still open at 10 pm? Plus, we are thinking to book a cheap nearby hotel for that night so we can get a cab and save a day's car rental money. It is good to check out the rental car during the daytime, anyway.
Does anyone know: 1. Is the car rental still open at 10 pm?
2. Is the cab still available and easy to get at 10 pm? (OGG airport)

Where are you staying in Maui?
There is really no need to stay in Kahululi overnight. Unless you are staying in Hana, most every accomodation is 30-45 minutes drive away from the airport.
The major rental car agencies will be open. Much easier just to pick up your rental and get to the property. Forget the motel or cab situation.
