Maui car rental under 25

Anyone know of rental car company that allows 23 year olds to rent? (without penalty)

No major car rental company will rent you a car without an extra fee. I have rented plenty of cars for business, and before I turned that magic age, I paid (well, my company) paid a penalty with Enterprise, Hertz, etc...

It ranges, but I remember it being $10-20 extra per day.

If your company has a corporate with any of the car companies at the location you want to rent a car, then you may be able to rent with no additional fee.You would have to have the Corporate Discount Number (CD) and confirm your reservation using that number.
