Leavenworth

Please offer dining suggestions for a couple of nights in Leavenworth. Preferably places that accept reservations as we are going during the festival.

Visconti's Italian Restaurant in the brewery is a branch of a very established restaurant in Wenatchee. It isn't great, but it isn't pretentious either.

The Village Square has good Greek influenced food in an interesting building that used to be an automobile dealership.

I sometimes go just for desert. The large menu changes every few months with some items being added and others added, but they promise that they will always keep the tiramisu and incredible fried strawberry cheesecake on the menu.

Village Square, 301 S 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (913) 651-2661

I'm guessing we're talking Washington State here.

If we are talking about WA, then here are some of our favorites.

Cafe Mozart--Very nice, great for dinner. Reservations recommended.

Soup Cellar--Very casual place, good soups. Great for lunch.

Andreas Keller--Lots of fun, casual, always busy so definitely make a reservation.

Homefires Bakery--Not for a meal, but great breads.

Renaissance Cafe--Casual, great for breakfast or lunch.

Gingerbread Factory--Great gingerbread cookies, but also soups and sandwiches.

Viscontis--Already mentioned, but good.
