Jackson Hole hotels

We are seriously considering the Ranch Inn in downtown Jackson for our vacation this summer. Does anyone have any feedback or advice RE: this property? Would the Trapper Inn, Anglers Inn or Elk Country Inn be a better bet?

Most other places in town seem to far exceed our budget of $150/night. The Quality Inn 49er is already sold out.

Thanks

I stayed at the Antler Inn for 1 night pre and post after a Ranch vacation...it was nice and we could walk around everywhere...not sure of rates as I didn't book/pay, but when I just looked on their site it seems reasonable...we stayed in early Oct though...www.antlerinn.com, and I think they are in a family of hotels listed with them...

We too stayed at the Antlers Inn and found it to be a pretty good deal. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is perfect for walking most everywhere in town.

By the way, we got a good rate through AAA.

Topping ~

I'd also like more info on The Ranch Inn as compared to The Trapper Inn and the Quality Inn 49er (all are available our dates). Which has the best location, which has more character or charm etc? Thanks in advance.
