Jill, each card is matched up to what is called the manifest. It is an FAA regulation that the airlines must know who is flying on the plane as a passenger. If Marsha misses her flight, they will cancel the return ticket. They have stopped letting you fly standby and penalize you. Are you just young, naive, or stupid?
