Inn at Little Washington Or L'auberge Provencale

Would like some help deciding which of these fine inns to visit for dinner while passing through Virginia. I realize Inn at Little Washington would be more pricey, but willing choose it if its worth the extra money.
Thanks,
Annie

Our friends who dined and stayed at the Inn at Little Washington raved about it. I saw the menu, and the food looks really exciting.

INN AT LITTLE WASHINGTON: Prepare to spend upwards of $400 for dinner. It is exquisite and you need to book way in advance. Everyone I know that has been there expressed it's worth going to at least once or for a special occasion.

I have not eaten there but have been inside. Gorgeous! 5 star!!!!

We have been to both places. Both are very good, but if money is no object, then I'd say Inn at Little Washington ! It is very, very expensive, but utterly scrumptious.
A delightful and unforgettable experience if you care about great food and presentation.
