I've stayed at the IP three times, the rooms are clean, the service is great and I've never had a problem. It's an older hotel but well taken care of. Noise was never a problem but we were on the 18th floor. The location is good, you are right in the middle of everything, I would check the rates though they do seem a little high unless it's a big convention weekend.

I would do more research for a better hotel even if you have to pay a little more. I found this place kind of dumpy and it smelled of cigarette smoke.

Colleen - eat crow and find another hotel. You obviously shouldn't stay there with all of these bad reviews
