The weather shouldn't be too bad - might be warm and sunny, might be a few rainy days, but it's usually a very nice time of year.
The BW Executive is located some distance from everything except Seattle Center. I personally think the neighborhood is something of a no-man's land, and a car would definitely be an advantage. I'd definitely give Priceline a shot before I stayed there, but you may have your own reasons for picking it.

John is dead on with both accounts. The BW is in a bit of a seedy-ish area. The Seattle Center is in walking distance and you can catch the monorail to downtown from there but with the great deals on Priceline I would try to get something in the downtown area.
