Help with lodging near Zion National park

The Zion lodge and Best Western in Springdale doesn't have any availability and Flanigans has only one room left which is too expensive. Does anybody have any other suggestions? Has anyone stayed Canyon Ranch Motel or Bumbleberry Inn? What are they like?

I recommend Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens(cliffroselodge.com). It's in Springdale just outside the park entrance. The rooms are large and clean, though nothing special....however, they have balconies or patios facing the beautiful red mountains. The grounds are huge and gorgeous...there are beautiful flowers everywhere and there's a nice little pool area. There's a stream running further back on the grounds, and they had a couple tables alongside it where you could relax and play cards or chess or whatever. They also had a couple fire grates, so we got to roast marshmallows even though we weren't camping! It was a great place to come back to and relax, after a day of hiking.

Here's a second for Cliff Rose. We were there in Nov and it fit our needs to a T--close to the park, very clean, friendly staff, nicely furnished. It's not grand by any means, but we had no complaints at all. Their grounds really are lovely, especially the stream area. Enjoyed watching the deer graze in the evening! Flanigans was our first choice as well.

Springdale is a cool little town. I liked the Cliffrose, although it's just a glorified motel.

We enjoyed staying at the Bumbleberry Inn. It has a great location, a nice view, llamas in the backyard, a friendly staff (and restaurant featuring "Bumbleberry Pancakes"). Also an art gallery and restaurant across the street. Room was clean and satisfactory (we did not need luxury since Zion was the draw).
