Help with DFW hotels

Going to Dallas Wed. and leaving early Thursday morning. Can anyone recommend a clean, safe hotel close to the airport? Thanks.

I got a very good rate on the website for the hotel at the Grand Hyatt DFW. It's ratings on Trip Advisor are very good.

We stay at the DFW LaQuinta when we know we are flying out of DFW, for under $100 a night. They provide an adequate breakfast and a free airport shuttle service. If you just need a clean, quiet hotel room for the night before your flight, I recommend it.

If the Hyatt is too high get a hotel on HWY 114/John Carpenter Freeway at the airport near The Parking Spot, an airport park and deliver spot. If you don't have a car they have a shuttle that runs to the airport. It's worth saving $100+ if the price is high at the Hyatt. Twenty minutes max from Hampton Inn to your drop off at the airport.

Thanks everyone. Looking at the airport map it looks like the rental car return is located at the south entrance. Is the La Quinta on the north or south and does it matter south or north?

If you are returning a rental car, the south side is much more convenient. There is a Hilton Garden at County Line Rd that is nice.

If returning from Dallas the south side is closer.
