Heathman Hotel for Xmas

I just made reservations at the Heathman for Christmas Eve evening. Any recent stays there? Got a good rate-just wondering if it will meet my expectations. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

You will love this hotel--IF you like vintage architecture, dark polished wood--English feel to the surroundings AND a wonderful restaurant. For me the prices have been out of my budget- but I often go sit in the lobby for atmosphere!!!
How much did you have to pay for accomodations??
Also I heard the service is excellent.
Have a wonderful stay...

The Heathman and the Benson are my two favorite downtown Portland hotels. Nice old buildings that are well dressed up for the holidays. You'll have a great stay. Stop in at the Brasserie for dinner one night.

The Heathman is a very nice place and their restaurant is my favorite in Portland--which has lots of great places to eat.

I was thrilled to get a rate of $115.00
per night. I thought this was very good. I am really looking forward to it. I originally made reservations at the Benson-but after reading Rants and Raves (on this site)-I changed to the Heathman. I hope I made the right decision. Thanks
