Hello!

You will love it there. We have been there many times and Spring is a great time to go.

I just found a great new site that looks like they have all the best links of the right side and some good videos too.

http://sedonablog.blogspot.com/

Sorry,I don't know how to post a link. Anyway, they had the chamber, some tourist info, activities, etc.

Enjoy!

My husband and I went to Sedona last January, it was beautiful and wonderful and we cannot wait to go back. We are actually considering relocating there.

Do you plan on hiking? If so, you'll want to purchase the book by Richard and Sherry Mangum, Sedona Hikes. For each hike we tore out the page and stuck it in a pocket, then wrote our own review with the date of the hike before putting the book back together.

Sorriso,

Are you seriously considering relocating? We are too! We love it there and find ourselves going back over and over.

Maybe in 2009 we can consider it. I'm a glass artist so I could sell me pieces easily

I love the idea of tearing out the pages of the book for hikes. We have that book too and found it so helpful. We knew what to expect before we got to the location.

If you go to that blog above that I posted, they have a link for hikes that then you can expand to show the maps. It's a good site.

Sedona is magical. I can't wait to go back.

I'm always looking for great info on Sedona

Hope you are able to make your move!

You are welcome! I stumbled on that Sedona Blog the other day and ended up spending 2 hrs looking through the links. They have just about eveything you can imagine so it's cool.

Great source for Sedona Travel information as well as relocation information.

You will love the Spring. It's not hot yet and all the wild flowers will be in bloom. You will love it!

Don't forget to post after your trip so we can hear the scoops!

Hi redrockglass (boy, you really are serious!), we truly are considering relocating. Children are out, we are young and looking to go live somewhere else at least for awhile. We are mulling a couple of options and hope to be wherever that is a year from now (have to finish some house projects before it goes on the market).

Sedona is the antithesis of Maine and that's one of our criteria!

Sorriso~

We are in the exact same boat. We have to finsh some projects around here first too.

Our market is so depressed that we have to make sure everything is perfect to even stand a chance to sell.

We subscribe to the Red Rock News and pay close attention to what is going on in Sedona. So we know the homes are selling low now so we would love to get there as soon as possible.

We've lost over 130K in equity on our home here so it we really want to get out before we owe to get out. No one wants to move to the midwest.

It's nice to meet someone else who has the same goal.

I'll save a seat for you at Starbucks!

Thanks agian for posting http://sedonablog.blogspot.com/

That site has the best collection of Sedona things, from the other sites I've been to. I have spent about 3 hours going through the links and information there. It was awesome and had everything that I needed.

I'll be sure to post my trip report after I get back in the Spring.

Thanks again.

Better to save a seat at Ravenheart, not Starbucks. I don't know if there is even a Starbucks in Sedona, but Ravenheart is much better, IMHO. The one in west Sedona is larger.

Starbucks is in the Hyatt shopping plaza. When you are going uptown from Talaquepaque, turn right at the light and it is on the left. I love Starbucks in Sedona because of the view! It is the entire mountain range where Snoopy rock is. So beautiful.

But Ravenhart is quaint and have great coffee. So it sounds good to me too

See ya there!

Star Bucks and red rocks. What more could I ask for? That sounds good, save me a seat.
