Restaurant OFF the strip in Vegas

I am going to Vegas in January to plan my wedding reception. Does anyone have any suggestions for restaurants or venues that are OFF the strip?

Like the Palms, for example, which is just off the Strip?

Or do you want something that's REALLY off the strip, like Red Rocks Casino in Summerlin?

Ferraro's is a great little Italian restaurant off the strip. Family-run, wonderful service and food, piano bar. It's on West Flamingo.

Rosemary's is almost always mentioned on www.chowhound.com as one of the best restaurants in Vegas and is located off-strip.

we are looking for a place to hold a wedding reception that would be easy to transport our guests. so "off the strip" would mean no more than a 10 minute drive. THANKS!

if you will have 100 or fewer, I'd suggest Rosemary's in their private room --- for fantastic food in a non-stuffy setting:

from their website
On-Site Private Functions - Rosemary's Restaurant can host parties for 15 - 100 guests. It is the perfect venue for your special occasion. Planning a holiday party, business lunch, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception or bridesmaids’ luncheon – look no further than Rosemary’s!!

About 15 minutes west on Sahara.
