Perhaps you have made the trip-- a 20 min uber ride from airport will take you to Marcel's or Bacchanalia. Top rated excellent restaurants. They are not in a hotel but you will have the most exquisite meal and can stay anywhere to sleep- you can head back towards airport hotel afterwards. They are worth the ride. Also-- at that time-- traffic should have died down.
