On his 21st birthday my son used temporary license plus passport when carded.

The idea of using two separate I.D.s to make one Bona Fide I.D. is popular, but it won't be a defense in court for the business - it has to be ONE I.D. with all 6 requirements.

I often bring our passports with us when we travel by air just as a second form should one of us lose our licenses while traveling. i've often used my passport when it's easier to grab than my license.
