Condos that face D.T. Fleming Beach Park??

Does anyone know the name of these condos?? As you come through the tunnel and down the steps from the parking area...they are on the right. There is a large grassy area between the units and the beach. They have spectacular views and wondered if they have rentals.

Thanks!
Debi

The Bay Villas. Most are vacation rentals.

When I google Bay Villas, I get many sites and not sure which is the one on DT Fleming. Can you be more specific in the name or anything that would isolate it for me?
Thanks...

Debit,
Just to clarify--it sounds like you are talking about the "old" DT Fleming beach where the tunnel is at. Around 30 years ago when the Kapalua Bay Hotel was built, the old DT Fleming Beach Park was renamed Kapalua Bay, and another beach park further up north (nearer to the Ritz Carlton) was given the name DT Fleming Beach Park. The Kapalua hotel is no more. If you Google DT Fleming beach park, you will probably be getting the new one further north which is closer to the Ritz Carlton, not the original one by the tunnel.

The condos you might be thinking of is called the Coconut Grove. There used to be a coconut grove right above the "old" Fleming Beach. It is a newer complex. The Bay Villas condo complex is much older and is north of Coconut Grove; then there are the Ironwoods condo complex. All are along the oceanfront. There is also a small cluster of private homes in between.

Hope that helps.

Definitely, Coconut Grove. They are luxury townhouses that rent for $1,500 per night. If you are lucky I have seen specials at 1,200 per night. Then add the 11% plus for tax.
