Cab from Oakland airport to Emeryville Amtrack

How much does it cost to get from the Oakland airport to the Amtrack station in Emerville? How long does this ride take? Is it the best way to go.
Thanks Jim

Don't really know the answers to your questions. However, I can provide you a link to a site that should offer public transit alternatives.

Try this site: http://www.transitinfo.org/cgi-bin/taketransit

I really have no idea on the cost of the cab. Probably would be costly, depending on time of day, traffic and such. Hopefully, someone else can help you with cab info.

Often Amtrak has shuttles or information on transport from the airports to the train stations. Have you checked with AMTRAK?

You can take a bus. If you want to take a taxi, it isn't too far. My guess is about 10 km (6 miles) to the Oakland Amtrak station. Why go to Emeryville, north of Oakland?

I'm going to board The California Zephyr in Emeryville.
