Breakfast places in Maui?

We are looking for breakfast place suggestions in Maui. We are interested in everything from the expensive swanky brunch buffets to the hole in the wall down home cookin' places. We love eating outside, and with a view, but are just looking for great breakfasts. Also, is there any place that serves breakfast all day long? Thanks a bunch. So far, I have the following:
Swan Court at the Hyatt
The Gazebo
Plantation House
Pioneer Inn
Java Jazz in the Star Market shopping center

We will be staying in Kaanapali, but hope to be found eating breakfast all over the island! Thanks!

One of our favorites is the Mango Cafe, located at the Kaanapali Golf Course club house. It is an open air restaurant, with great views of the golf course and Kaanapali resorts.

Cafe Des Amis in Paia. They specialize in crepes (breakfast & lunch) and curries at dinner. Breakfast crepes are served all day. Very trendy, and food is fresh and tasty, made from scratch. Catch it on the way to Hana. The Gazebo is a great choice.

We enjoy buffet breakfast at one of the lovely hotels in Wailea, followed by a stroll on the oceanfront paved walking path that extends from one end of Wailea to the other. Our favorite has always been the Rennaisance (sp?), but it will be closing soon. For something more casual, we like Cafe Ciao at the Kea Lani.

I really enjoyed Pioneer Inn in Lahaina. Went back several times for their breakfast, sit on the porch.

The Gazebo is fantastic. Get there early or be prepared to wait in line. Delicious!
