Breakfast in SLC

We are planning on spending a couple of days in SLC in about two weeks...will be staying near Temple Square. Any recommendations for good and inexpensive breakfast places near Temple Square?

Thanks!

I try to fit in a breakfast at Lamb's Cafe when I can. It is located on Main Street several blocks south of Temple Square. (Use Trax if you need) I love their Greek omelets. It is something of an institution in Salt Lake and will remind you of a kinder, gentler past. Have fun in SLC.

Unfortunately Lamb's is not open on Sundays (I just looked them up online and called and confirmed that). Our schedule only allows a Sunday breakfast in SLC. Greek omeletts sound awesome though...any other suggestions?

Where are you staying? If it is in Little America, Grand America, Marriott City Center, or the Hilton, all of them have reasonably good breakfasts. I've enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at Little America. I've also enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at Cafe Peirpont (a Mexican place - don't know if they still do it though). Sorry I couldn't be more help.

A great breakfast place that also serves Greek food is The Other Place, 469 East Broadway. Broadway is also known as 300 South. They have great omelettes, french toast, and the popular "pile."
