I stayed there for a weekend a number of years ago because my parents had rented an apartment for 5 weeks nearby. I like contemporary décor, so it suited me.
Otherwise it isn't a location I'd choose--IIRC, it's a 15+ minute walk to the nearest subway station.

That location is really not convenient at all for tourists. And in Feb there should be great deals at hotels in locations right on top of the subway instead of a 10 to 15 minute walk in bitter cold wind and possibly ice or snow.
