Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas

My daughter is getting married next August in Las Vegas. Does anyone know where we can get reduced rates for rooms at the bellagio hotel?

You will not find reduced rates if you book now. I would wait to book until around June. They offer summer rates in the summer. We ended up getting the cheapest rates around through travelocity this past summer- 149 during the week, 249 on weekends. Also, if you get on their mailing list, they may send you special rates.

Book now with the hotel or a service that allows cancellations with no fees/penalties.

Then as the data gets closers (inside of 2 months) keep an eye on rates at all varios sources and start the cancellation/re-booking process.

At least this way you know that you have a room for her wedding day.

Summer rates for Bellagio usually start to appear about April/May.
Beware...even though summer is historically "low season" in LV, some weekends still sell out in advance due to conventions, boxing matches, etc.
Thereuare has a good point.

I booked the Bellagio in November.

Checking in on a Thurs and leaving on Sun.

Booked direct with hotel...Rate for all 3 nights is $159.

Rates in Novemeber and December are usually the lowest of the year.
LV's slowest 'season' is between Thanksgiving and Xmas.

Carole - if you are planning a wedding and you will be booking 5 or more rooms, hotels will usually give you a reduced rate for reserving a block of room. Have fun.

Too all the well-intended doomsayers about the temperature in Las Vegas: I've got some good news. the Bellagio has adequate air conditioning! Even the Garden area (where I saw many brides and their entourage taking their wedding pictures is indoors) is cool, despite the greenhouse setting (glass roof letting natural light inside). It must cost them millions to keep that garden cool, but they do a good job.

True, ralphie, but I wouldn't choose to have a wedding in Minnesota in January, either, even though all the buildings have heat.

I guess my point about the Bellagio is, the main site to take wedding photographs is indoors and air conditioned. The Conservatory, even though it looks like a big beautiful greenhouse, is cool as a cucumber when it is hot as heck outside.

I've never been to Minnesota except to change planes, but I'm willing to bet that the most popular sites to take wedding photos in Minn. are outdoors. So I could see why the weather outside would be a factor in Minnesota more than Vegas.

A word to the wise: yes, all of the hotels do have air conditioning, but the a/c in the limos just cannot keep up with the heat! My sister was married in Vegas this July and we all were miserably hot in the limo going to and from the chapel!

I heard Bellagio is the best place to stay at in Vegas...I live in the city of Push which is only 2 hrs away but I've never stayed at a Vegas hotel...I'm going to go there to actually stay in a week...is this the best place or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Your joke was tired the last time you posted it, jamie.
