Aquaknox Vegas

Has anyone eaten at Aquaknox in the Venetian. We had drinks there last year and thought we'd go back for dinner but they don't have a menu on their website. Any thoughts?

Yes we were there just this past fall and enjoyed it very much. Great service, lobster prepared perfectly. All those in our large party that ordered fish found it to be excellent. One of the better seafood places in vegas imho.

The original concept was created by Stephan Pyles in Dallas. He sold everything to Carlson (which also owns TGIFridays). Aquaknox in Dallas was excellent, but under Carlson's control, it's hard to say since they don't really understand fine dining. But sounds like jodiebug had a good experience, I'd try if I were you. I'm just bitter about Carlson ruining Aquaknox and Star Canyon

Pepper,
I'm surprised that it's a Dallas based restuarant b/c when we were talking to the bartender last year, I thought he said it was from Seattle-Hmm, so much for the wait staff knowing their restuarant!

swalter-

That is crazy!!! The original one was on Knox St in Dallas; hence the name and the seafood theme.
