You would be better off going to www.disboards.com and read the discussion boards on Disneyland.
Good luck! Also try www.mousesavers.com for info on current and future discounts associated with the park.

Stayed at the Candy Cane in this fall and we were very pleasantly surprised with this small, quiet and comfy motel.
After previous stays at the Disneyland
hotel I was scared this would be a huge
let down - but it was great. Nice rooms
and a good breakfast. Everything was
very clean and the help was super. We
will stay there again to save money and
to be able to walk the short distance to
the parks.

We actually checked out of the Desert Palms and went to the Candy Cane Inn. The Desert Palms was very dark and did not seem clean.(They let us cancel that evening as the jacuzzi was not working and we were looking forward to using it). The Candy Cane Inn was a very nice, clean and had a very good breakfast.
