Sorry! I was wondering where to stay near disneyland, NOT disneyworld, and also, is there a place to get discount tickets?

Hi jkcccc - I see that you are new here! You can click on your name to get back to your post and see any responses.

When are you going to Disneyland? What is your hotel budget? How long will you be staying?

With these answers, maybe some knowledgeable folks can give you some help.

There are several Best westerns across from D-land. We took our company to BW Stovall Inn in September and were very happy with the location and the rooms. Generic motel style- but very comfortable big beds, good baths, lots of space, well equipped, and very clean. The rooms include a continental breakfast and you are right on the D-land trolley stop if you dont want to walk to the park.

Our trip was booked as a package, so 3-day parkhopper tickets were included with airfare and hotel.

We were just there in Nov. and stayed at Disneyland Hotel(internet said they had no rooms at any of the Disney Hotel, but when I called, they all had vacancies) but there are literally LOADS of good looking motels directly across the streets bordering Disneyland...I think we could have driven up to any number of them and been just fine....I think they also sell all the tickets to get in..there was one Best Western that especially looked fine, but all of them would have done the trick!

Our HS marching band stayed at a nice La Quinta Inn nearby that had a pool. Very clean and nice rooms. It couldn't have been too pricey or a school group wouldn't book there and I thought it was very nice. It was kind of in a business area but only about 3-5 miles from the park.
