need tour company for Peru tour
We are mid-fifty aged couple who have done a moderate amount of international travel. We would like to travel to Peru in June 2008. Looking for an escorted travel company (budget or first class) who covers Peru that allows some independence. Any suggestions? What sites should we not miss?

hi, there is a tour company that specialises in Latin America and they are called Veloso Tours, although based in London if you go on their web site which is excellent, you'll find all the info you need and can choose the prices etc in dollars> They do both group tours and specialised individual ones, with tourist class or up to 5 star hotels. They work with local agencies and guides in each country and are very good. You can choose the itinerary, hotels etc you want for as long or short as you want.
Theie web site is:www.veloso.com
Have a great trip. You'll see various options of sites, and options such as arequipa, lake titicaca, the nazca lines, sacred valley apart from cusco, lima and machu picchu. Have fun!

HI,
I am now working with [email protected] for a 7 day trip to Peru. They have been extremely helpful in setting up an itinerary incorporating my ideas and theirs for a very well rounded trip. The cost has been very reasonable. If and when you contact them mention me, my name is Paul. I hope you have a great trip.

Sherry83,
We are going in October and are using InkaNatura, based in Peru. While I can't say yet how our trip went, I can tell you that so far they have been wonderful, letting us design our own itinerary, and have replied back quickly to any and all questions. We went mainly with them as they are one of the tour companies that works with Manu, where we are planning to go, but they have also arranged everything else, including intra-Peru airfares, accommodations, and excursions to Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca.
Hope that helps.
