Itinerary Help: 1st time to CR

I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this forum for helping me put this itinerary together. The trip is really aimed at enjoying the rainforests. Any thoughts would be appreciated..especially if familiar with the hotels.
9 nights:
San Jose- Grano de Oro 1 night

flight to
OSAosque Del Cabo Vista Mar Suite: 4 Nights
Arenal: Arenal Kioro Hotel Suite 1 Night
guided transfer to:
Peace Lodge Deluxe Room (Full Breakfast) For 3 Nights

return....

One night seems rushed for Arenal after traveling all the way from the Osa. I'd trade 1 night at Peace Lodge for another night at Arenal Kioro.

Have a wonderful journey!

Absolutely second earthtraveler's advice. 2 nights Arenal at least! 2 nights at Peace Lodge definitely enough. . .

We stayed at Grano de Oro on the last night of our trip. We really liked it. They have great service and are very fluent in English. Their restaurant is very well-known. We had just checked into the room, and within minutes, someone arrived at the door with a complimentary fruit plate - full of delicious tropical fruits - such a nice touch!

The hotel itself is built in an old mansion and has lots of neat twists and turns, gardens, fountains, historical photos on the walls, great gift shop, and they have a rooftop garden with two hot tubs that is really pretty. I think you'll be very happy with your choice. Our room didn't have air conditioning, but we found it to be unnecessary.

We loved Arenal - we stayed 4 days, so I agree with everyone else's advice to increase your time there.

Have a wonderful trip!
