I like what I see about the Posada del Sol in Guanaja, Bay Islands, Honduras but my e-mail keep getting returned. Can anyone shed some light on why my e-mails are being returned or anything about the hotel?

I understand that Posada del Sol was taken over by the bank some time ago. If you are interested in Guanaja you may want to contact the folks at West Peak Inn at westpeakinn.com. It is a bit rustic but very nice and the owners are great people.
