EZE to ferry to Colonia
Is a taxi the best way to get from EZE airport to the ferry that goes to Colonia? How long will it take? We plan to fly back from Iguzau and then go directly to Uruguay. Thanks for any/all info.

Is your flight from Iguazu going into the EZE airport? Normally the domestic flights go out of the other airport, Jorge Newberry.
The Jorge Newberry (Aeroparque) is just a short cab ride away from the ferry station. Perhaps the Subte could be used, but a cab won't be too expensive and will save walking.
If you're actually in EZE, then its a longer ride, but yes, either Cab or Shared Van would be best. I do cab as that would get you there quickly although its probably an hour ride.

If you are flying back from Iguazu most likely your plane will land in Aeroparque which is GREAT news because it is very near from the Buquebus to go to Colonia.
You should go to one of the booth or stands that offer REMISES and ask for the fare to Buquebus. It should not be too much, actually a taxi would be less but in Aeroparque you cannot get into a taxi they are not reliable there. So pay a little more and take a safe remise. I am guessing but it should be under ten dollars for sure. However they have set fares.

As the above posters have indicated, you are most likely landing not in EZE, but instead in our Aeroparque (airport for local flights), which is not too far (half an hour?) from the place where you board the boat to Colonia.
I usually suggest using
http://www.tiendaleon.com.ar/Home/li...sp?Id_Unidad=9
which can be reserved online and paid with your credit card.
As has also been mentioned above, DO NOT board a cab from the line just outside the airport.
Have a great time in our country.
