Air Travel in CR

My wife and I are planning a trip to Costa Rica using Tourtech International. They have 3 flights within CR using the local airlines. My wife is terrified that the planes will be sub standard, we will crash in the jungle, and our remains will never be found. Can anyone give me any info on the quality of the in country airlines?

Do search here under 'Sansa' and 'Nature Air'
They are both fine and very similar. Nothing to worry about especially sub standard.

My husband and I have used Sansa on 4 or 5 occasions and everything has been fine. The planes are checked after every flight. The pilots wear nice uniforms and are very professional. This airline as well as Nature Air are not shotty operations like you'd see in the movie 'Seven nights, Seven Days' . She really has nothing to worry about.

Thanks for your reassuring comments. Based on what you have said, my wife feels confident in taking the flights and we are going!

Just be sure and take note of the 25 pound maximum luggage requirement. In theory, it includes carry-on, although they didn't weigh ours. You'll have to learn to pack light, if you don't already. Jean
