I think 12 square meters are 129 square feet. Right?

I have two hotel threads. Type in the above Search Box, "Paris Hotels Left Bank Thread" and it'll pop up. The Right Bank thread is linked to it. Happy Travels!

Typically the bathroom is included in the square meterage.
Yes, 12 square meters is 129 square feet, so a little less than approximately 11 feet x 12 feet -- yes, very small for a double.

Thanks everyone.

Has anyone stayed in the Millesime Hotel in a standard room that could give me some feedback?

12 m2 sounds bigger than it seems when you are in a hotel room like that -- to me, a 11 x 12 ft bedroom sounds decent size, but maybe they do include the bathroom as rooms of that size in a hotel are small. I stay in a modest 3* hotel and its cheapest rooms are 15-20 m2 and its superior doubles are 20-25 m2. I stay in the 15-20 m2 ones and like it as a single, but they are not even what I'd call roomy for a couple. French official hotel standards are that 12 m2 is the minimum allowed to get a 3* rating (useful space, excluding bathroom).
