What is Morcilla?

Have seen this referred to in restaurant discussions. What is it? Like mortadella?

"The term 'morcilla' is a food made from pigs intestines, stuffed with the same pork's blood and spanish spices."

Pigs are said to have the same inteligence levels as dolphins.

It's true on both counts, many pigs have saved lives.

And many pigs have died a cruel death so we can eat them. I wonder if people saved by pigs enjoy bacon.
Off subject I know.

I doubt that people who have pet pigs or know how bright they are would eat them...hopefully.

I find it outrageous that anyone would eat another animal. You are as bad as wolves.

Sure, a pig will tell you it's as intellegent as a dolphin, but I have never heard a dolphin agree with such
an assertion. Any dolphin (the mammalian kind, anyway) will tell you that pigs talk self-serving rubbish.
