wedding anniversary rome

my husband and I are going to be spending part of our first italian vacation and our 15th wedding anniversary in rome after spending 3 days in florence and 3 more days in the tuscany/sienna area. Any suggestions on nice romantic evening, event or place to attend would be most appreciated. Our anniversary is on Friday April 16th.

Many restaurants in Rome are very overpriced and touristy. My husband and I found that our favorite one was a little bistro across the piazza from the Pantheon. We noticed it one day while walking in the area and saw all the 'locals' eating there. We decided to go back that evening and had the most romantic dinner of our lives. The pantheon was all lit up and while we were out there dining (al fresco), a violinist came by and started serranading us. By the time dinner was over, all we could think about was how fast we could make it back to our hotel!

I'm sorry to say that I don't. However, I do remember that if you're standing outside the Pantheon facing in the direction of the spanish steps, it is on the left side, and I believe it was the first restaurant on the left. Across from the restaurant is a large, beautiful fountain that also lights up a night. I'm sure you won't miss it.

Thanks YoConn004! I'll print out the direction you provided and see if I can find it too.
