One night in Rome - where would you go for dinner?

We actually have 2 nights - that's all our travel plans would allow. Where would you suggest going for a lovely dinner? We are staying at the Cesari (Via de Pietra) and recommendations within walking distance would be preferable and greatly appreciated. We enjoy good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks, in advance, for your suggestions.

You are only a few blocks from the Pantheon.

We ate at this restaurant. Can't remember the name. With you back to the Pantheon walk straight ahead veering slightly to the right. About half a block ahead just past the end of the square in front of the Pantheon on the right hand side. Nice restaurant. Ambience. Food. Seemed to be a lot of locals there.

Ditirambo. Piazza della Cancelleria, near Campo di Fiore.

I second the vote for Ditirambo. It was a bit hard to find the first time but worth the trouble. Lots of Italian families, dressed elegantly and having a wonderful evening together.

Thanks for these suggestions. I have added them to my notes for our trip. Any others anyone?
