Personally we didn't care much for Ravello as
1) it was rather chilly in the shade & at night, presumably due to the altitude (this was the 3rd week in June & it was very hot when we subsequently moved down to Amalfi - DH got prickly heat !), and
2) it was just *too* quiet with not enough to do / nice places to eat for the 4 nights we spent there - and we were much older than you when we went & not exactly looking for lively nightlife.
Also, although there are stunning coastal views from a few spots, notably the 2 famous gardens, they are quite distant and not visible from everywhere in town. And obviously there are no beaches
And it's inconvenient if you are wanting to do day trips.
I would only recommend visiting Ravello as a day trip to see the gardens, or for 1 night if you want to attend a concert.
