Trouble with Travel Agent...

I have yet to use a travel agent that could get the job done as well as I could do it myself!!
The last time I used one, I tried booking an escorted tour with Insight. By the time Insight got through messing things up, I learned that I will never again use an escorted tour, particularly Insight.
If you want the sordid details email me.
I will most caustically tell you what happened.
But never will I do a tour with Insight again.

Hello , I thought you would all like to know that I got my big bed at the Hotel Carocco confirmed today... he he he -- thanks for all the imput. And just because life is the way it is (ironic), I found out that the Hotel I am staying at in Florence (Rm 25 of the Beacci Tornabuoni) is two twins pushed together to make a big bed... but I am not going to sweat the small stuff! Thanks to all!
