Tickets for Opera Garnier in Paris..when will tickets sales start
I want to buy some tickets for events at Opera Garnier. One show runs 17 Jan to 17 Feb. The other runs from 31 Jan to 24 Feb.
There is a page with the start date of sales for various shows, but neither of these shows are there as of mid October.
I would rather not have to look at the website every single day for the next two months.
Can anyway tell me when these shows will go on sale?
Do they sell last minute tickets(rush) at the Garnier? Do they sell standing room? Can anyone tell the procedure to get these kind of tickets.
Julius Caeser runs from 17 Jan and I am sure that one will be difficult to get a ticket for.
There is a ballet running the other dates.

Both those shows are listed on their website with sale dates right now, don't know why you can't see them. Of course you have to look at their French name, but it is the way it is in the Calendar which you must have seen (and Caligula is invariable).
I believe they both are sold over the internet as of Nov 8th.
I think they sell some discounted tickets at "last minute" but not to people off the street, I think you have to be a student and prove it. I might be wrong, that could be the Bastille, one of them does. Only the Bastille has standing room, also (and of course you know that means you can't really see much, but there isn't that type ticket at the Garnier). The cheapest tickets aren't sold online at either place, but at the ticket window on site.

It appears that Caligula opens January 31 at the Opera Garnier. According to the website, internet sales begin November 8.
According to the same page, sales for Giulio Cesare also begin November 8.
Here is the link to the dates that ticket sales begin:

go to the website and set up an account ahead of time. I just bought tix for a ballet in December and was glad I had already set up the account. Once you select the event and seats, you have limited time to confirm the purchase. East site to navigate and it can be viewed in English.
